Refund Policy

1. Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused portions of a billing period.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.

2. Annual Plans — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Annual subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase:

  • If you request a refund within 30 days of your first annual purchase, you will receive a full refund
  • This guarantee applies only to the first subscription, not to annual renewals
  • After the 30-day period, annual plans are not eligible for pro-rata refunds

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and the reason for your request
  3. Or cancel from your Dashboard → Billing page (for annual plans within the 30-day window, mention your refund request in the follow-up email)

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days from the date the refund is approved
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for services already fully rendered
  • If you waived your right of withdrawal during checkout (by consenting to immediate service access), the 14-day EU withdrawal right does not apply
  • Ad spend paid directly to Meta is not refundable by Pilotium — contact Meta directly for those charges
